This policy explains how Epovex Coatings Sdn. Bhd. (“Rayson”, “we”, “us”), Company No. 202601042128 (1704223-A), collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through this website, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect what you type: your name, company, telephone number or email address, location, the description of the job and any photos or documents you attach. We also record which page the enquiry came from so the reply has the right context.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, where you ask for installation, to introduce an independent applicator in Johor, Kuala Lumpur or Penang, who receives the details needed to quote the job. We do not sell personal data. We do not send marketing unless you separately ask for it, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Retention and security
Enquiry details are kept as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for reasonable record-keeping, with access limited to the authorised applicator and the applicator introduced for your job.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us through the contact page.
Singapore
Enquiries sent through the Singapore site, www.raysonpaint.com.sg, are handled by Rayson High Performance Coatings under that site’s own policy.
